E-Mix Plaster is designed for plastering all AAC block and brick wall varieties. The product is best known for its results and adhesion strength and is a superior substitution to conventional job site cement-sand plasters. The hardened E Mix surface can be further smoothened with a paint base and finish coat. E-Mix plaster should not be used on painted surfaces.
Pre-mixed to ensure good, consistent quality.
Pre-packed for convenience in handling.
Easy to mix and apply.
High bond strength.
Minimizes cracking.
Excellent coverage.
Faster application.
All surfaces must be clean and free from dust, oil, and any trace of foreign material.
All substrate defects should be patched up before plastering.
Always moisten the surface before application.
Avoid stagnant or frequent water flow on the substrate before plastering application to prevent poor plaster adhesion on a wet substrate.
Mix one bag (40kg) of E-Mix plaster with approximately 7-9 litres of water.
Mix thoroughly with a power or drum mixer for 3-10 minutes until the desired homogenous mix is achieved
Ensure the combination is free from lumps before use.
Remix for 1 minute if the mixed paste is unused for over 30 minutes.
Apply the E-Mix plaster over the surface with a steel trowel.
If the application requires a few layers, ensure the underneath layer is dry. If and when dry, the subsequent layers can be applied.
E-Mix plaster is packed in 40 Kg PP bags.
E-Mix plaster should be stored in a dry place free from excessive moisture.
If kept in a dry-covered place, the product could have up to 12 months of shelf life.
